Background Information

profile |

I have more than
20 years service in the NHS, almost all of it in the
surgical field. I have held various posts at different
hospitals as a trainee surgeon but mainly in Hull,
London and Barnsley. I have done clinical research in
the field of breast cancer and presented papers at
various national and internal conferences whilst working
in the Academic Unit at the University of Hull. Since
December 1999 I have held a full time consultant post in
surgery at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
My particular interest is in breast surgery, hernia
repair, laparoscopic gall bladder surgery and day case
surgery. |
